Webb Acres is a labor of love. Jim Bob and I were born the same year from different worlds. I was raised by civil rights minded parents in a suburb of Cleveland, Ohio. Jim Bob is from a small town south of Abilene, Texas. We met in 2006, in Nulato, Alaska, a small village nestled on the Yukon River that can only be reached by plane, boat, snow mobile, and every couple of years, as a stop over for dogs and mushers racing the Iditarod. What started as a friendship with benefits soon blossomed into a love affair that continues to grow and blossom. In 2009, we moved to Texas. In 2010, we celebrated our commitment with a Cowboy Jewish Wedding surrounded by friends and family. In 2014, we purchased a manufactured home on six acres and Webb Acres was born.
