Our peach tree gifted us with a great harvest this year. In past years, we have had problems with deer stealing our peaches while we slept. This year, I bought a net but never needed it because Winnie has amazing ears and runs outside barking at the slighted sound. It’s annoying but she does her job well.
I am dehydrating a bunch, will make a cobbler, and have one or two in my homemade yogurt every morning. This is homesteading at its best!
